These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the NextDemand marketing website at nextdemand.ai (the "Site"), operated by MLAIA Data Science Ltd. (Hebrew: המלאיה מדעני נתונים בע״מ; company registration / ח.פ. 516808078; registered at Shenef 4, Yavne, Israel 8151139) ("MLAIA", "we", "us", or "our"). These Terms cover only this marketing Site. Use of the NextDemand product application is governed by a separate agreement.
Acceptance
By accessing or using the Site, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.
The Site is informational
The Site is provided for general informational and promotional purposes about NextDemand and MLAIA. Its content does not constitute a contract, an offer, professional advice, or a binding commitment, and it may change or be withdrawn at any time without notice.
"As is"; no warranty
The Site and its content are provided "as is" and "as available", without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, accuracy, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

Any metrics, forecasts, sample dashboards, performance figures, or results shown on the Site are illustrative examples intended to demonstrate the product concept. They are not a promise, guarantee, or representation of actual results, and should not be relied upon for any business decision.

The Site and all of its content — including text, graphics, layout, design, code, and the "NextDemand" and "MLAIA" names, logos, and marks — are owned by MLAIA or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may view and use the Site for your own lawful, informational purposes. You may not:

The Site may link to third-party sites, such as mlaia.com. We provide these links for convenience only. We do not control and are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party site, and their inclusion does not imply endorsement.

To the fullest extent permitted by Israeli law, MLAIA and its officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of, or inability to use, the Site — whether based in contract, tort, or otherwise — even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
Governing law and jurisdiction
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Israel, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or the Site is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in Israel.
Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date above will be revised. Your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
