Accessibility Statement

MLAIA Data Science Ltd. (Hebrew: המלאיה מדעני נתונים בע״מ; company registration / ח.פ. 516808078) ("MLAIA") is committed to making the NextDemand marketing website at nextdemand.ai (the "Site") accessible to as many people as possible, including people with disabilities, and to providing an equal and dignified browsing experience.

Standard we target

We build the Site to conform to the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 Level AA. In doing so, the Site is designed to meet or exceed the Israeli Standard IS 5568, as required under the Equal Rights for Persons with Disabilities (Service Accessibility) Regulations, 2013.

Measures we have taken

Accessibility is considered in the design and build of the Site. Measures include:

• semantic HTML structure with appropriate ARIA where needed, a single main heading, and a logical heading order;
• a "skip to content" link and full keyboard navigability, with a visible focus indicator on interactive elements;
• text and interface colours chosen to meet the WCAG AA contrast ratios against the page background;
• text alternatives for meaningful images, and decorative images marked so assistive technology can ignore them;
• bilingual English / Hebrew content with correct right-to-left (RTL) rendering for Hebrew;
• a responsive layout that reflows for small screens and remains usable at up to 200% zoom;
• support for reduced motion — the landing page's rich motion and animation are fully disabled for visitors whose system requests prefers-reduced-motion;
• an on-page accessibility toolbar (text size, high contrast, grayscale, highlighted links, a readable font, stop animations, increased text spacing, and a large cursor); the preferences you set there are saved in your browser's local storage — first-party, not a cookie, not tracking, and cleared with the toolbar's "Reset all" button or by clearing your browser's site data;
• a defined page language for screen readers.

Known limitations

We are honest about where the Site falls short and are working to improve it:

• the hero demand chart and other data-visualisations have limited screen-reader support; we mitigate this by providing a concise text alternative (via aria-label) that conveys the point each visual is making;
• the Site uses a third-party web font (Archivo, served by Google Fonts), which may not meet equivalent accessibility standards; if it fails to load, the Site falls back to the system sans-serif;
• we have not yet completed a formal third-party accessibility audit of the Site (an internal accessibility review was completed on 13 July 2026).

Accessibility is an ongoing effort. We review the Site periodically and update this statement as the Site changes and as issues are resolved.
